Engine looks to be in very good condition and runs great Standard Sutphen compartment body and includes: 1 large compartment underneath turntable for aerial controls, driver’s side (left side) Pump panel at mid control area, upper side Compartment front of tandem rear wheels 1 large; 2 smaller compartments behind rear wheels, each side Pull-out drawers in the first compartment behind rear wheels 2nd compartment behind rear wheels has 2 air pak brackets Last compartment behind rear wheels has a circuit breaker panel box wired to truck’s electrical system as well as a holder for 4 spare air bottles and 2 electrical outlets Rear of truck has storage for a 6 ft., 8 ft. and 12 ft. pike pole each side, recessed into the body with 2-12 ft. pike poles provided Onan generator installed in the rear wired to a battery and breaker box Driver’s side of truck also includes a 24 ft. 2-section extension ladder, 14 ft. aluminum roof ladder, 18 ft. single section ladder as well as ladder skull guard Rear center of truck has a large Sutphen style hose bed for storage of fire hose 2 – spotlights mounted at rear top of body, one each side of the boom Passenger’s side includes 30 ft. 2-section extension ladders (2); 16 ft. single section ladder Passenger’s side has same compartmentation as driver’s side without air bottle and air pak storage At the rear on passenger’s side there is a spanner wrench holder; second compartment is empty; third compartment has a slide-out drawer; compartment front of rear wheels is a single compartment There is a crosslay mounted over the pump panel that comes out either driver or passenger’s side PS pump panel has two 2.5” discharges; 2 axes mounted; 5” intake and 2.5” intake Compartment front of the outriggers, PS, is a large single door compartment with two twist lock outlets provided, wired to generator and circuit breaker box Rear basket in good condition Dual 2.5” monitors; no fog nozzles or straight tips provided Rear basket also has air outlets for 2 air hook ups and air at the large air bottle; one at the turntable plumbed to the basket 1 – pike pole recessed into the ladder base 1.5” discharge provided at turntable with valve Small water tank provided at front of hose bed area, appears to be a Sutphen tank, stainless steel
At midmount platform is the typical Sutphen controls, 800# platform load capacity with all jacks in maximum position Unit tested & certified by National Testing in Columbus, Ohio November 2004. Test certification papers will be with the unit. All work on the list was performed and completed by Triad Fire Apparatus and Maintenance, Dave Womeldorff, Owner. The two main hydraulic cylinders for raising the boom section was rebuilt by R & L Hydraulics Inc., Springfield, Ohio. Tags and phone numbers are available on the cylinders on the vehicle. They are the company that rebuilds and works on them for Sutphen as I understand it. All items on this truck are believed to be in good condition and in good working order. Truck will be sold on an as is, where is basis with no warranties expressed or implied.
